Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute of Uzbekistan delegation visits the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering
On Wednesday, 28 May 2025, a delegation from Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute (JizPI) had a visit to the Faculty of Aerospace Engineering. This remarkable event started with a meeting in the dean office and ended with a visit to the faculty facilities in campus.
The delegation arrived at 10:15 am and was welcomed by the faculty directors and professors of the faculty. In the meeting were present Dr. Bazargan, Prof. Mozaffari, Dr. Roshniyan, Dr. Mirshams, Dr. Khoshnoud, and Dr. Nikkhah from K. N. Toosi University of Technology and Dr. Alisher Osmankulov the rector and, Dr. Makhraddin Eshkulov the director of international affairs of Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute. During the meeting both sides presented and introduced their capabilities and facilities and proposed cooperation opportunities, especially in the field of aerospace. The knowledge-based company Hamta Tadbir also presented its products and capabilities in the field of aerospace technology. At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of understanding on educational and research cooperation, student and professor exchange, joint projects and programs, etc. was signed by the president of the JizPI and the vice president of KNTU.
Then, the delegation visited the workshops and laboratories of the faculty, including the laboratories of resistance, fluid mechanics, precision instruments and measurements in aircraft, sheet metal and welding workshops, navigation and space research, all admired by the visitors. This event ended with the farewell of the Uzbek guests by the dean of faculty and the colleagues from the university’s international office at 3:00 PM.
