    Prof. Taqi Al-Abdwani, President of Gulf University and Nano City of Oman, visit to KNTU

    By invitation of K. N. Toosi University of Technology (KNTU), as a representative of the top five technological universities consortium in Iran (UT5), Prof. Taqi Al-Abdwani, the president of Gulf University and Nano City of Oman, visited KNTU on Wednesday Sept. 23, 2020. In this visit, he had meetings with university officials, and some of faculty members to promote bilateral collaboration between two instututions.

    In these meetings the potentials and interest of two sides are discussed, and it is proposed to sign and exchange an MoU between two universities to further expand joint collaborations in the fields of education and research. This MoU enables the researchers and start-up companies of KNTU to use the available facilities and investment opportunities of Nono City in Oman. Furthermore, the educational needs and joint collaborations between the two universities innovation centers will be addressed.
