Instructions for Submitting Documents to the World Education Services (WES)

Submission Steps

1
Applicants must first obtain a WES reference number. To do so, visit the WES website and register. In the next stage, you must specify the documents that are to be evaluated. Additionally, designate the universities or organizations to which the credential evaluation results should be sent. Based on the specified information, the WES website will calculate the service fees. After the payment of fees (in Canadian Dollars via online payment websites or authorized currency exchanges), an email containing your WES reference number will be sent to you. This number serves as your identification code and must be cited in all correspondence with this institution.
2
The second stage involves uploading documents to the document submission system of K. N. Toosi University of Technology via the Behestan System. Please scan and upload your documents according to the document submission instructions.
3
In the section for registering the destination university's email address, there is no need to enter the email address of the WES institution; simply enter the following code: WES (Your WES Reference Number).
4
Your documents will be sent to the WES institution after review and approval, and you will be notified of this via email.

Important Notes

After the documents are sent, it typically takes approximately 5 to 7 business days for the WES institution to review the documents, after which you can view the results of the document review in your user portal on the WES website. If you do not observe a change in your document submission status after this period, please report the matter via the email intl.docs@saba.kntu.ac.ir so that it may be followed up or re-sent.
Document quality is of the utmost importance. Scan the documents using a scanner with clear quality. Refrain from taking photos with mobile phones that result in shadows, crooked pages, or blurred content (especially academic transcripts).
Please refrain from making phone calls and address any questions you may have through the aforementioned email.
